Step 1- Inspection

We will look for visible signs of mold, we can collect swab and air samples to be analyzed at a lab to gain an understanding of the type of mold along with the level. Depending on the mold levels this could be harmful to your family’s health. We utilize a water moisture meter in conjunction with our thermal imagining camera, both of these tools combined with our construction background provides us with an advantage to detect water sources. There are various procedures to prevent the spread of mold. We use advanced containment procedures such as negative air chambers to isolate the contaminated area with physical barriers and negative air pressure to stop mold spores from spreading during the cleanup. Fans and cooling and heating systems will need to be off during this process so it doesn’t spread mold spores to unaffected areas.
Step 3-Air Filtration
We use high powered air scrubbers and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of mold spores during the remediation process.
